Canada Water Masterplan
The Canada Water Masterplan, led by British Land, is a new development located in zone 2 which aims to establish an outstanding new town centre for Southwark and make a positive long-term contribution to local life. The masterplan aims to deliver as many as 3,000 new net zero carbon homes, and 2 million sq ft of workspace with the ability to accommodate up to 20,000 workers, as well as a variety of leisure, entertainment and community space. This development will cover 53 acres of its area, making it one of the largest regeneration projects in London.
The services that MSA provides has been a prime factor in the early
stages of this development, being responsible for the 3D Rights of Light and 2D
Topographic Survey. We are proud to have been part of this stunning project
that seeks to provide homes, shops, offices and other valuable resources for
the community.
