Construction has started on the development of 20 Ropemaker Street located on the City of London fringe.
Construction has started on the development of 20 Ropemaker Street located on the City of London fringe. The new 26-storey building rising approximately 128m above Moorgate has been designed by Make Architects and the £240 million contract was awarded to Skanska. MSA is privileged to be involved with this and so many other prestigious developments that are shaping the future of the City skyline.
Our accurate 3D model generated from the laser scan measurements of the site and surrounding buildings was used for Right of Light and Daylight & Sunlight analysis. This together with our work on the Accurate Visual Representations (AVR’s) for the project helped inform the innovative design of the building and obtaining successful planning approval.
