It is very gratifying to see the projects you have been involved with completed and the redevelopment of 60 London Wall in the heart of the City of London is another stunning example. Citygrove have redeveloped the building on behalf of LaSalle Investment Management and it has been designed by EPR Architects.
In 2017 Skanska were awarded the £140million construction contract which was completed in November 2020. The re-inventions of this post-modern building provides high quality modern offices with retail offering at ground floor. Designed for sustainability it has been awarded a BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ rating from the BRE.
MSA has provided the full range of measurement consultancy services including 3D modelling for Rights to Light, measured Building plans, architectural elevations and party wall measurements.
