MSA has recently completed the measured building survey of Surrey County Council (SCC) headquarters in Kingston.
MSA has recently completed the measured building survey of Surrey County Council (SCC) headquarters in Kingston. Surrey County Council have confirm that they will be moving location and that the existing site and buildings, as well as the adjacent Bittoms car park, will be re-developed.
MSA was comissioned to undertake the reality capture of the site and site buildings for the projet as well as to produce numerous 2D and 3D delieveables for the consultant team. Architects Pringle Richards Sharratt are using this infrmation along with other team members to develop various options for what will be a heritage led redevelopment of the site that is anticipated to cost in the region of £70-80 million.
It is a pleasure to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team on such a prestigious project which includes an important and substantial Grade II Listed building. Consultants includes Pringle Richards Sharratt Architects, AECOM, Avison Young UK, Turley.
