EPC plans
With increasing emphasis on sustainability in development, an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is now required for every new building development and refurbishment. It consists of a basic plan with a height value used for the calculation of a volume to assist in the grading of the EPC by the built environment consultants. These plans are often combined with a measured survey of a building or extracted from existing plans.
