MSA Celebrate

The MSA team celebrate christmas in February! 

A heavy workload and tight deadlines in the run up to 2010 meant that there just wasn't enough time for the traditional office party - which is why Christmas in February made perfect sense to all at MSA.

RIBA Shortlist 2010

The RIBA Stirling Prize 2010 shortlist includes two exceptional museum buildings in Oxford and Berlin, a striking new art gallery in Rome, a skilful live/work development in Shoreditch and two schools; one an inventive and uplifting new build in London, the other a clever extension in Guildford.

MSA are proud to have worked with both David Chipperfield Architects and Zaha Hadid Architects on various of their london and overseas projects over the last year and look forward to contributing in the future to their interesting portfolios.

MSA Award

MSA is pleased to announce that we have been awarded a prize by Leica Geosystems for the HDS Innovation Award from their recent HDS User Symposium in June 2010.

We have utilised the Leica HDS scanner and software to create a accurate scan of a plane and combined this with contemporary methods including tracking total stations and gps to create a client focused product.

The Dorchester Collection

MSA is proud to have worked for the Dorchester Collection on two of their prestigious new London Hotels namely; 45 Park Lane and Queensbury Terrace. We therefore seized the opportunity to publicise our involvement alongside their latest press release which was published in the UK Construction magazine recently.

World Architectural News :- This innovative design and creative use of space required a solution beyond convensional methods. MSA's 3D laser scanning approach provided an accurate, fast solution for the Net Internal Area Reports and visualisation required.

Geneva 3D Survey

MSA have been asked to provide urgent 3D data on an important site in central Geneva. The logistical challenge this posed proved the worth of our procedures and showed our detemination. The project has been a great example of teamwork and we are very proud of achieving our goals and our clients needs.

MSA joins Train to Gain programme

MSA is now a member of the Train to Gain scheme. It is a national skills service that supports employers of all sizes and in all sectors to improve the skills of employees as a route to improving business performance. The service offers skills advice on everything from Investors in People, basic skills through to leadership and management training and MSA are already seeing fantastic developmental advantages which can be passed on to clients.
