We are currently looking to fill the following positions:
Measured Building / Land Surveyors
We use the very latest 3D laser scanners as part of our day to day operations complimented by convensional survey techniques. Consequently, experience in using this approach to generate floor plans, elevations and sections would be advantageous.
As a Surveyor your duties will include:-
Undertake field measurement surveys, Preparing survey plans from field measurement and sketches using
AutoCAD, Work accurately and have an eye for detail, Meet project deadlines efficiently within budget.
To be considered for this position, you will need to have relevant qualifications and must have proven Measured Building or Land Surveying experience. Be able to process and CAD with minimal supervision. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be flexible in your approach to work hours, as some early starts/late finishes may be required. You may also need to hold a full clean driving licence.
CAD Technitian
The role is in support of our land surveying teams and a keen understanding of what they do is important. Experience in using 3D laser scanning "point cloud" would be particulary advantageous as this constitutes the vast majority of our work.
To be considered for this position, you will need to have the relevant qualifications / experience and must be fully conversant in Autocad 2011 or higher. The ability to work in a 3D enviroment using variouse CAD software packages. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be flexible in your approach to work hours to support the survey teams with project deadlines.
