The proposed 2.5ha mixed-use scheme would include six buildings near Victoria station and is a significant step towards regenerating this part of Victoria and securing its future as a thriving commercial and residential hub. MSA has worked on many projects in this area and developed a catalogue of survey data, from Victoria Station to Parliament Square.

We are at the centre of this project, providing extensive survey information for Land Securities, Miller Hare and Drivers Jonas to prepare the planning application and analysis. We created a series of detailed elevations to assess the impact on the historic facade of Victoria Station. It has been hugely rewarding to work so closely with the key advisers on this large scheme, a role which requires us to provide regular strategic decision support to ensure that the value of the site is maximised.

  • Provided an overview of the area by modelling surrounding buildings in Autocad and providing these in 3D PDF format for convenient visualisation of all buildings in the area
  • Attendance at client meetings and site investigations allowed us to provide quick and accurate solutions to various challenges
