Tilfen Land is a property investment and development business undertaking asset management and the regeneration of land and property in the Thames Gateway. MSA has worked with Tilfen Land for over 15 years on this area, producing measured survey solutions including site and topographic plans, volume analysis and control surveys. Our extensive knowledge of the area and experience in maintaining the Control Network makes us a close strategic partner of the design team.
We are currently monitoring sections of the river wall which involves placing brass bolts in it as well as survey targets throughout the area. The results of the deformation monitoring survey enables Tilfen Land to monitor change and properly plan for the structural upkeep of the river wall.
