The Palace Theatre on London's Shaftsbury Avenue is an imposing red-brick building that dominates the west side of Cambridge Circus. The owners of the theatre are collecting survey information for posisble future development.

We scanned and measured much of the Palace Theatre internally and externally to produce a set of measured floor plans and sections and the accompanying Rights of Light survey. Capturing such a depth of detail with a scanner enables us to extract further information from the scan data without returning to site, should the client require it for future redevelopment.

Special features

  • Quality and detail of visualisation rarely seen
  • Same scan data used for elevations and Rights of Light survey, ensuring consistent data, fewer site visits and results within timescale and budget
