Battersea
Power Station

  • Principal client
    Treasury Holdings UK

Battersea Power Station, standing on the largest undeveloped riverside site in central London, is a national landmark. Treasury Holdings plan to create a significant new urban quarter all within what will be the most sustainable development ever undertaken in Europe. This will see Battersea return to life as a power station, generating electricity through renewable sources. The site occupies 38 acres and is at the heart of Nine Elms.

MSA captured and analysed extensive data in and around the large area to create a 3D model which was central to the Rights of Light analysis and Accurate Visual Representations (AVR's). A large site and tight deadline made this a demanding but highly rewarding project.
